Grass isn't very tall or thick because they're serviced weekly or every other week. This happened before and it turned out to be a starter solenoid.Set all 4 wheels to the 89 mm (3-1/2 inch) cutting height setting. Take a half sheet of newspaper and crumple it into a ball small enough to go under the machine housing (about 76 mm (3 inches) in diameter). Place the newspaper ball about 13 cm (5 inches) in front of the machine. Grats. When it first came out it had low lift blades, Toro sold some high lift blades for the Turfmaster commercial mower. I've tried both, prefer the high lift, supposedly they put more strain on the engine to turn so Toro doesn't officially recommend.
