Hi I'm ALEXS557 an Xbox ambassador, not employed by Microsoft or Xbox. Only way I can think of to fix this issue would be to redownload the game as this should install the latest version of the game. Unlike previous cod games, matchmaking here prevents you from joining servers where your ping is to high thus you are locked out from most world servers and can mainly play in only your regions servers.
