Apparently the series x upgrade for ark is supposed to let you host tether less nondedicated servers but for some reason I can't get passed 170m away from the host which is extremely small compared to the 1.7km I read on some other site.Mine was definitely worse with dlss on. I'm thinking maybe it's an issue when it's sunny out and casting lots of shadows. The shadows appear to be running at low fps with little skips here and there.
