How TO FIX: switch user to another team and fire that teams defensive coordinator. Switch back to your user team and that coach that was fired ... Basically you need to FIRE your OC the week of the SB... then go to FILL spots on menu to [re]hire the OC (before advancing). Then you can hire (or re-hire) the OC, and you will not get stuck with the FATAL ERROR (you need to repeat ever year).
