How to reset a carrier infinity thermostat.
I got two Carrier Inifnity systems installed in our house in early 2018. The systems have been great, provide great comfort. But in the last couple of years the wifi thermostats (I have 2, one for each system) have been getting less responsive and now the deadspots on the touchscreen now prevent me from scrolling down on the menu.

Old Post, but here is an update - Carrier has release a new firmware 4.23, and they have updated the Home app (at least in Android) and this seems to have resolved the connectivity issue. I can now get a live connection to the thermostat, and changes made on the app reflect on the thermostat almost immediately. Vast improvement.
