The funny thing about the ship with 950 shields, it has a 1600 generator. Like, it should never be below 1600. The inherent problem, even if you can dup your ship is when you get the unique ship components. The ship you put them on could get hit with this bug and you basically have to deal with gimped shields or losing your unique equipment. FYI: You can get up from the seat when it’s docked, go in and do the business you have at the den with your fix. But instead of getting arrested, you can simply fast travel via the scanner.
