Braking down the grade toward bottom of grade transmission down shifted to 2nd gear and rpm was ~4700. Once on flat ground I attempted to accelerate to up shift which it did not. P0882 and truck stuck in 4th means you are not getting 12V power from the Trans Relay (in the Totally Integrated Power Module [TIPM]) to the trans.
