So it is possible that when Loyal Source failed to schedule you, new exams were requested with LHI/Optum (from my understanding, regardless of which they are calling themselves, the exam scheduling system still use the abbreviation LHI, where the other is LHCS). Exam was conducted at a small clinic. As soon as I walked in they knew I was there for LHI. Appointment was scheduled for 1 pm and I was taken back at exactly 1 pm.
