As for the inconveniences with the A/A, they have been fixed, sometimes technical problems can happen, but we do apologize for this matter.We just returned for a week at the Ocean Maya and were very pleased with everything, from the flight and transfers to the actual resort, staff and amenities. After reading some of the other reviews, I was nervous, but everything was excellent. The resort has just been renovated, and everything is clean and up-to-date.
