Seriously, Joe can cook and has cooked on the show. He’s not a Michelin star chef like Ramsey, but he’s definitely a good cook. Second, he’s very honest and direct. When someone receives a high compliment from Joe, they know they really deserve it. Joe and Ramsey are the two most direct and honest judges in my opinion.This is my opinion but I cannot stand Joe. I know that, possibly, most of his lines are scripted but I feel like he is being more of a jerk than he needs to be. I feel like sometimes he goes too far and just needs to stick with insulting the person's food and not the person themselves.
