I plan to give the regions with water towers to the survivors and the regions with the power stations to the PK's. Gameplay wise because there are 4 regions with power stations ill get the PK crossbow (good weapon). Head cannon wise i think that the PK's would use the power stations to slowly rid the City of infected hives through the use of UV.

Survivors give you airbags,ziplines and jumpads to jump really high.They are more about traversal in the map.
