This queen of cold gives us Velkhana Divinity, a nifty little set bonus that includes Critical Element and Frostcraft. The latter is the key to this build, as it builds an aura of frost around your weapon while it’s sheathed for an extra damage boost. The build makes success with SOS players more consistent until you make Fatalis armor. Edit: Brute Tigrex Beta Chest and Gold Rathian Beta Legs are probably more efficient. I used longsword to beat it with frostfang helm, gold rathian chest and waist, raging brachy arms and legs with agitator charm.

Fatalis weapons are good, but often times I still prefer using Safi weapons. The problem with Fatalis weapons is you have to tenderize and hit weak spots in order to reach 100% affinity, so it’s more comfy and more consistent using a Safi weapon that has neutral affinity at base.
