I have 37s with 3.73 gearing as well and that's pretty much the exact mileage I see. I hand calculate each tank and it's usually right around 13.9 everytime. Twice I've seen 15.3 but that was all highway zero stop and go traffic.

I had 7.3 with basically 35s, going from 3.73 to a 4.30 gearing was fantastic, with 37s your net would be slightly lower than 4.10 gearing on a stock tire. I think 4.56 would be too tall, I'd recommend 4.30, good balance for towing and mpgs. I would go at least 4.88's if you tow anything remotely heavy.

If you want the truck to ride worse than it does now, put a lift kit on it. Your 4.56 gears on 37's are like having 4.25 gears on stock tires.. I bet it scoots. 44 inch tires and your 4.56 gears about the same ratio as 3.55 gears and 34.5 tires..The math is pretty simple: If a 2019 Powerstroke had 4.37 the engine's torque would be multiplied 17.35 times. (3.97 x 4.37). And the engine torque is 935 lbft. So 935 x 17.35 = 16221 lbft to the rear axle. The 2020 Powerstroke/10 speed looks like this: 4.615 first gear x 3.31 final drive x 1050 engine torque = 16039 lbft to the rear axle.
